  • Text messages or SMS
  • Unofficial contact channels
  • Third-party messaging apps

may be considered invalid or non-binding unless otherwise required by law.

5. PROCESSING TIME

RISN will review valid legal notices within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 3–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the matter.

Response timelines may vary due to volume, investigation requirements, or external factors.

6. NO ADMISSION OF LIABILITY

Submission or receipt of any legal notice does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, wrongdoing, or legal responsibility by RISN.

All rights and defenses are expressly reserved.

7. IMPROPER OR DEFECTIVE NOTICES

RISN reserves the right to reject, ignore, or request clarification for any notice that:

  • Is incomplete or lacks required information
  • Contains abusive, threatening, or harassing language
  • Is submitted through unauthorized channels
  • Appears fraudulent or malicious in nature

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
