RISN Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with RISN. We are committed to providing high-quality Christian apparel and accessories. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing returns, refunds, replacements, and related matters. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
- GENERAL POLICY
Due to the made-to-order, print-on-demand, and custom fulfillment nature of our products, all sales are considered final except in the limited circumstances specifically described in this policy.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, RISN does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse;
- Change of mind;
- Personal preference;
- Dissatisfaction with design choice after purchase;
- Incorrect size selection by the customer;
- Ordering the wrong product, variant, color, or size;
- Failure to review product descriptions, specifications, or sizing information before purchase;
- Gift purchases;
- Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, replacements, refunds, or store credits are only available for qualifying defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered orders as outlined in this policy.
- ELIGIBLE RETURN AND REFUND REASONS
A return, replacement, refund, or store credit request may be approved only if:
- The item arrived damaged during shipment;
- The item contains a manufacturing defect;
- The incorrect item was delivered;
- The item materially differs from the product ordered due to an error attributable to RISN or its fulfillment partners;
- The package was not delivered and sufficient evidence reasonably demonstrates non-delivery.
All claims are subject to investigation, review, verification, and approval.
- RETURN REQUEST DEADLINE
Customers must submit a return or refund request within fourteen (14) calendar days of:
- The delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking information; or
- In cases involving non-delivery, the date the customer reasonably became aware that the package may not have been delivered.
Claims submitted after this period may be denied at RISN's sole discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
If a return is approved, the product must:
- Include the original item received;
- Be returned substantially in the condition received;
- Not show evidence of excessive wear, misuse, modification, intentional damage, or alteration;
- Include all components originally received, where applicable.
RISN reserves the right to deny any return request that does not satisfy these requirements.
- REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
To investigate a claim, RISN may require:
- Order number;
- Customer name;
- Email address associated with the order;
- Detailed description of the issue;
- Photographs of the product;
- Photographs of packaging and shipping labels;
- Documentation supporting a claim of non-delivery;
- Any additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim.
- RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT
No item may be returned without prior written authorization from RISN.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, discarded, or otherwise handled at RISN's discretion without refund or credit.
- RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or unless RISN determines that the return resulted from its own error or the error of its fulfillment partners.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and similar governmental charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
- INSPECTION OF RETURNS
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund.
RISN reserves the right to verify all claims and determine the appropriate remedy after inspection and review.
- REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, AND STORE CREDIT
If a claim is approved, RISN may provide one of the following remedies:
- Refund to the original payment method;
- Store credit;
- Replacement product;
- Partial refund where appropriate.
The specific remedy provided will be determined by RISN based on the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.
- LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking information indicates that a package has not been delivered, RISN may investigate the shipment and request supporting documentation from the customer.
Customers claiming non-delivery may be required to cooperate with carrier investigations and provide truthful and complete information.
If RISN reasonably determines that a package was not delivered, RISN may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
If tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, RISN reserves the right to deny claims for non-delivery unless compelling evidence demonstrates otherwise.
RISN reserves the right to deny claims involving suspected fraud, abuse, false reporting, or misuse of the refund process.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Brokerage fees;
- Value-added taxes (VAT);
- Government-imposed charges;
- Other import-related expenses.
Shipping delays caused by customs processing, governmental action, carrier disruptions, weather events, labor disputes, or circumstances beyond RISN's control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargeback, refund, or return.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
- CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact RISN and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal.
RISN reserves the right to submit order records, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmations, photographs, customer acknowledgments, policy acceptances, and any other relevant evidence in response to payment disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, order cancellation, denial of future purchases, and pursuit of any remedies available under applicable law.
- FRAUD PREVENTION AND ABUSE
RISN reserves the right to refuse service, limit purchases, cancel orders, deny returns, deny refunds, withhold store credit, or take any other action reasonably necessary to prevent:
- Fraud;
- Abuse of promotional programs;
- Excessive return activity;
- False claims;
- Unauthorized transactions;
- Violations of these policies.
- NON-RETURNABLE AND FINAL SALE ITEMS
Except where required by applicable law, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Clearance items;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Gift cards;
- Digital products;
- Downloadable content;
- Promotional items marked "Final Sale."
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RISN's total liability arising from any purchase, claim, dispute, or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
RISN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or performance of products sold through its website.
- MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
RISN reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
