SHIPPING POLICY

RISN Apparel (“RISN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the following Shipping Policy to explain how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered. By placing an order with RISN, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing time refers to the time required to:

  • Verify payment
  • Prepare production (if applicable)
  • Package the order
  • Transfer the order to the shipping carrier

Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.


2. SHIPPING TIMES (ESTIMATED DELIVERY)

After processing, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside RISN’s control.


3. ORDER FULFILLMENT MODEL

RISN operates using a print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment model for certain products.

This means:

  • Products may be produced and shipped by fulfillment partners
  • Items may ship separately if multiple products are ordered
  • Packaging and shipping origins may vary

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in carrier systems.

RISN is not responsible for tracking delays caused by carrier system updates.

RISN is not responsible for carrier scanning delays or updates that do not reflect real-time package movement.


5. SHIPPING DELAYS

RISN is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Weather events
  • Labor strikes or service disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Delays do not qualify orders for cancellation, refund, or chargeback outside of applicable law.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows an order as “delivered,” RISN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the provided address.

If a package appears missing or undelivered, customers must contact RISN so an investigation can be initiated.

For non-delivery claims, customers may be required to:

  • Confirm shipping address accuracy
  • Provide confirmation of non-receipt
  • Cooperate with carrier investigations

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or supporting evidence reasonably demonstrates non-delivery, RISN may, at its discretion, issue:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.

RISN is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses caused by incomplete address information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Additional government charges

RISN is not responsible for customs delays or seizure of goods by customs authorities.


9. CUSTOMS AND BORDER DELAYS

International shipments may be delayed due to customs inspections or border processing.

These delays are outside RISN’s control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


10. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Tracking information provided by the carrier shall serve as proof of shipment and/or delivery.

RISN is not responsible for discrepancies between carrier tracking data and customer perception of delivery unless otherwise required by law.


12. ADDRESS ACCURACY

RISN relies entirely on the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming address accuracy before completing purchase.


13. POLICY UPDATES

RISN reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
